Israeli Wine Celebrations Honoring a Decade of Doc

Exactly ten years ago, at the end of 2015,
we set out on this crazy adventure called Dok.
On the ruins of Carpaccio, the small and innocent bar,
we decided to open Dok.

Israeli Wine Celebrations in Honor of a Decade of Doc

Doc has always been something of an experimental lab — a deep dive into the question: Is it possible to run a high-quality, seasonal kitchen using only local ingredients? No imports. No exceptions.

It’s been a long and fascinating journey — and it’s still going.

We’ve traveled from north to south, meeting farmers, winemakers, and incredible producers. Along the way, we’ve gained dear friends and partners.

So to celebrate together, we’re excited to announce:Starting now, and every Monday for the foreseeable future (until we decide otherwise), we’ll be hosting "wholesale nights" — evenings where we offer our special wine list at prices that won't make your wallet flinch.

We want you to explore and enjoy it at ease. Especially now, when everything’s getting more expensive and new taxes are being slapped on for the sake of “coalition agreements”…

No fine print. No time limits.

This is our way of saying thank you — to the producers, and to this small, brilliant, and bruised wine industry we love.

Each evening will also feature a few rare and aged gems — bottles we consider true treasures — also offered at outrageously low prices. Because we want you to drink well, guilt-free.

More surprises are coming… but we’ll leave those for another time — we’ve gone on long enough.

In short: wild times ahead.

Endless thanks to the incredible teams over the years —and above all, to you, our guests, who keep coming back to this little place called Doc.

Book your spot soon.

See you — and cheers!
