Located on Ibn Gvirol Street in the heart of Tel Aviv, Haachim has been celebrating Israel’s cultural and culinary achievements daily since 2011.From Mifa Yarkoni to Shauli and Irina, from grilled chicken skewers to artichokes on labneh — our menu is built around fresh, seasonal, local ingredients lovingly grown by Israeli farmers. Everything that’s good here, you’ll find with us. At Haachim, every day is a celebration of the culture and place we all come from and live in — equality, deep respect for the human Israeli story, love for the land, and appreciation of our culture. These values also inspire Haachim’s cultural initiatives that respond dynamically to Israel’s ever-changing reality. Haachim is the eldest sister of the restaurants DOK and Abie.

Abie was founded to celebrate the freedom and abundance of the Mediterranean Sea. We discovered that although our sea is small, it is rich in fish and changes with the seasons. With a commitment to preserving the sea for the long term, we practice responsible fishing and uphold sustainability values. Abie is a modern seafood restaurant, named in tribute to Abie Nathan — the captain of the Voice of Peace, who brought a spirit of love, peace, and innovative music from the sea straight to all our hearts. These values live on here in our food, drinks, music, and atmosphere. The menu changes daily according to what arrives fresh from the sea. At the heart of the restaurant is a brick grill fueled by citrus wood, where fish, seafood, and vegetables are grilled to perfection. Chef Avishag Levi proudly leads the kitchen.

DOK, the artisanal dining house of the Haachim Group, was established in 2015 and is located opposite Haachim restaurant on Ibn Gvirol Street in Tel Aviv.DOK is not just a chef’s restaurant with an open, intimate kitchen; it is primarily a culinaryresearch lab focused exclusively on ingredients grown in our land. With the changing seasons, Chef Assaf Doctor embarks on a new culinary journey — a unique, local, and often one-of-a-kind dining experience that reveals the ancient secrets hidden in the soil and sea of Israel. These journeys evolve into a dynamic menu where Assaf blends traditional farming and foraging methods with an innovative and groundbreaking approach to Israeli cuisine. Alongside the food, carefully selected boutique wines, handcrafted by expert vintners, are served to complete a dining experience that fully celebrates the peak-season produce of this land.

Merom Golan Kibbutz

The Northern Wine Co-op is an initiative by winemaker Naama Surkin, Uri Chatz, and the Haachim Group. It is Israel’s first true cooperative winery — a holistic workspace for boutique wine producers. Within the co-op, small vineyard owners and winemakers can realize and refine their personal vision while growing and developing professionally. Located in the Golan Heights — a vast cradle for Israeli grape cultivation — the co-op represents the spearhead of the group’s commitment to locality and seasonality. This partnership of professional winemakers, vineyard owners, and farmers produces small-batch, seasonal Israeli wines with unique flavors. Through this collaboration, we invest in and develop Israeli agriculture, enabling us to offer distinctive Israeli wines at fair prices.

As restaurateurs, our ongoing focus and exploration of locality and seasonality are key values evident in each of our group’s restaurants. As Israelis living here and now, these values continue to guide our path, and we feel the same commitment to locality within our cultural and social sphere. Whether it’s environmental care, active engagement in the society we live in, or involvement in our culture, we take great pride and joy in bringing the best of our produce — food and other products — straight to your home.
